when i load a Activitie on dual map it comes up with a Dump Stack problem and no track are showing and stuff are missing any help would be good

You have missing assets.  Have you downloaded all the required files for RBR Dual ?  There are 4 main files, Dual Map/Dual Assets/Dual rolling stock1/Dual rolling stock2.

Once you have those files installed, and you are still getting the error message, run Argus to determine what's missing.

Yes i have tryed all that and still not working and can't get argus to work

Are you running TRS 2004 or TRS 2006? If the former you need Janus (HERE ) as Argus is for TRS2006.
