Hi everybody!

After a lengthy absence from Trainz I am back now. Yesterday I found and downloaded Razorback Dual. As I have no sessions yet, I had to open the map in Surveyor to be able to create a session. It took me an awful lot of time to load the map, and then my computer seems unable to display everything. Mostly the view is cut off at a baseboard limit (cannot display the next one), and the items crop up one by one. I am afraid my computer is overworked. Windows Vista 32bit (therefore only 3.2 GB of main storage, twice that much for swap file), 2.6 GHz dual-core CPU, ATI Radeon HD4800 with 1.8 MB storage. Any idea whether I can squeeze a bit more performance out of it?
If it were not for that probem the route would certainly work in TS2010

Greetings from the opposite side of the Globe,
Dralex

We don't yet support TS2010 so if you can get anything to work at this stage it's a bonus. Some things to try:
With Vista and Win7, install and run all versions of Trainz in Administrator mode.
With Vista and Win7, disable UAC (User Account Control) in Windows.
In TS2009 and TS2010, try both Native Mode and Compatibility Mode.
In all versions of Trainz, try both DirectX and OpenGL.
Keep an eye on this forum for the latest news and hints for TS2010 users.

John
