Road maps for dual layout

They are to scale, with all the curves and bends and include stations, bridges, tunnels, speed limits and level crossings that give me advance warning of action I should take and generally let me know exactly where I am and what I can expect next - except in terms of what the sadistic geniuses who design the scenarios throw at us. But, as in good seamanship, you should be as well prepared for what you can prepare for as possible, so the unexpected is all you have to cope with!
I've only had the scanner for a few days so maybe they could be sharper and the colours more intense - but I'm sure there's some bright spark out there who could enhance them in PhotoShop. They are also drawn by hand with hand-written labels and legends so perhaps that same person could replace my scrawl with nice typeface stuff. There are two for the western end, one for the middle and two for the eastern end. They print nicely onto A4 and, along with the schematic, fit handily into 3 double-sided laminated pockets. Which means they don't get stained by beer and red wine.
Would anyone be interested in seeing them? If so I will need help as to how to attach them. Can't work out how to do it here in the forum.

Hi John
bit surprised, after nearly three months, that nobody has responded to the Dual maps I made. I find them really useful and was just wondering whether the other members of the group even know about them. Should the notification be posted elsewhere or should I just keep them to myself and forget about it?

Sorry you haven't had any response to your huge effort in the past months. I didn't even know the maps existed.
I, for one, would like a copy, please.
Regards,
Peter

But I don't think they can be downloaded until they are zipped up and loaded as files.
At least I can't anyway and I would like to have them also.

oh that's good to hear! All you have to do is to follow that link above, click on the thumbnail to bring up the picture, then right click on it and save. But of course I can zip them up if that doesn't work. I have put put them back to back inpairs and laminated them - very handy when you're running a scenario!
But where and how do I upload the zip? That's why I was told to post it where I did. It should, of course, have been posted in Maps but I'm damned if I see how I can upload or attach anything here.
As I said, they are hand-drawn and it would be great if somebody has the skills to replace my hand written annotations with snazzy text!

I have tried the method mentioned and the results aren't great
I will defer to John for the instructions for you to upload the zip files.
John can you give Tony explicit instructions please.
The future of the maps depend on it.

I'll see if I can do better.
If you reply to this note down at the bottom you will see "Attachments"
Below that "Choose File" and below that again "Attach this file".
Ok, all you need to do is group your jpg map files together and then zip them.
Next click on the reply tag to this note and then click on choose file and then search for the jpg files you zipped and highlight them and they will be shown next to the "Choose File".
Next click on "Attach File" and wait for the file to be loaded.
After that go down to "Add Reply and click on it and that is all there is to it.
If you can't group them to zip them you can do them one at a time and use the same attachment procedure.
If you can't manage this perhaps you can send them to me as jpg files and I will upload them for you.
BTW... They MUST be zipped for loading here as jpg will be refused.

How do they look when printed?
And do you really think anyone's going to look in what the board calls "the retirement home" for outdated files?
Oh and could you please delete the original unzipped files in the Support Section?
