I didn't realise this Set of Tasks existed until 30mins. ago. I was casually panning thru the Scenario List looking for something to play
that I hadn't had a go at for a long time, and this "jumped out at me". I had no idea where it came from, I don't remember downloading
it. Then it "struck me!" it was on the Compendium that I puchased, to remedy a problem I was having with some of the other Scenarios.
So I now have another 8 tasks to occupy me idle hours, "what bliss" This is too good to be true! Am I the only 1 out there that has not
been aware that this Scenario existed? If so, a humble thanks will do 4 now. Get to it and enjoy. Iv'e already FAILED the Redhen run
to Summit Loop ! BUGGER!!! Cheers Mal

You think that's bad.

Don't be late when doing The Loo Run.  Unloading is best accomplished at full stop, but can happen at any speed.  You don't need to sound the horn at crossings but will be penalized for randomly hitting F8.
You can only be young once. I will always be immature.

Yeah Steam Gala was something that we all worked on a few years back, it was heaps of fun to make and I am sure all the guys will be glad that you re-found it http://razorbackrail...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.png...
I think the redhen race was one of mine, it was some nice code, wish I could remember all the things I knew back when I wrote it... this new T12 stuff has lots of new ways of doing things and I am just getting to old to learn new things http://razorbackrail...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.png, oh for the good old days. http://razorbackrail...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.png

Aha!! So Wayne U are responsible 4 all my frustrations at the moment. There is NO WAY anyone can complete the REDHEN race to Summit Loop and back in the time
allotted!  Iv'e played it 4 times so far. Once in Cab mode-FAIL, speeding. 3 times in DCC- FAIL, 634 Grade F. Fail, 530 Grade F. Fail- No Grade. I'm willing to wager a
round of drinks 4 anyone who has actually completed this run successfully. Maybe I need 'Toohey' as Observer to help me Concentrate!! Cheers Mal.

Gee Malw,

Now I think I will haft to go back and play it.
As Wayne has pointed out, all the developers at the time had an input into it. If I recall right mine was the push/pull steam run.

It was an idea concepted by DaveRP, Wayne and Martin I think.

It came out really good.

I think from memory the idea wasn't to get there on-time as much as it was to see who could get the highest score... I am not sure if anyone ever could do it :)r

Wayne,

I believe (from memory) there were 3 drivers who 'made the grade' with me being one of them

Ron U are the Main Man! I will continue to try until I master the "RED MONGEREL". I have worked out U need to run 1kph. over posted speed where U can, but the
'RM' cannot get over 80kph. in the 90kph. stretches of the run. I'll concentrate on this task only, B4 trying any others. Maybe I need to give Tooheys Gold a rest and
mate up with POWERS GOLD!! Whatever is on special this week will do!! Cheers Mal. :shitfan:

Cheers
