I am working on the Cabin/DCC processing (it never ever seems to end) and as usual I have found an issue.

The driver controls on the lower RH Side are ok but the information is not. As I am not a Cabin person how critical are all of the pressure levels to driving? Sorry if it sounds obvious but there is a lot of junk displayed what's is needed and what is fluff?

Thanks
Larry

I think it might be a personal preference Larry.  I find it handy when driving with Raildriver.  I can see when the pressure comes off the brake cylinders, which can take a fair while in a very long train.  Also, I can let out a few psi and bale the brake when just wanting to slow down a smidgen.

I could live without it, but it is useful. Others may disagree.

Cheers
Brian

I know that you believe that you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realise, that what you heard is not what I meant.

Hi Larry,

Like Brian, I also use the gauges while driving in CAB mode, particularly for steam and on long consists.

Cheers

I would also like to add my 'tuppence worth' to the conversation. I agree with Brian and Ron, I like the set-up as it stands. Makes the RD experience all the more realistic for the "fully hands-on" Virtual Train Driver. Cheers Mal.
