Whilst I am a bit of a grump we always try to be friendly at the RBR. However, it seems some  people are not playing the game.
  • For TRS2004/TRS2006 use the Driver To Driver self help area for all issues. This includes the Compendiums (delivery etc can be a support request)
  • Do not use the 'Submit Review' for a file as a support request
  • Do not badly rate a file instead of submitting a support request
  • Do a couple of searches (like with the Activity name etc) before submitting a forum post or support request
  • If you have an issue that is a support request, while you may be advised that the matter is addressed firing a broadside in public (especially if you didn't do the searches mentioned above) will get you deep into areas you do not want to be.
  • Support requests are not about general issues with Trainz or TS12 specifically ... try the Driver to Driver self help
I am going to be much more vigilant, the system warning flags are running, drive with all due care and consideration. That way you will receive the same in return.
